Central, great breakfast, lovely people who own it and very very clean.
A little expensive for what you get £40.00 each, £80.00 per room is what you pay at a large chain of hotels. The average price on the street appeared to be £25 with some as little as £15!

The location thats all
The fact when I booked it said breakfast was included in the price but it turned out it wasnt and the hotel itself was very basic and old fashioned for the price was a rip off.

Great location, not far from Blackpool Tower but set back from the promenade so away from the noisiest spots. The staff were really helpful and friendly and breakfast was nice - a selection of fruit and cereal was available as well as a fry up to set you up for the day. (There were no delays to being served even though they had about 40 people in that night so service was good.) They also have a comfortable bar room for guests.
The rooms were tired and the bathrooms a bit grotty. Also the walls were thin so you could hear the people next door talking. It doesn't matter if you're only here for a short stay as the location and people make up for this, but maybe a longer stay or staying with children might make this difficult. On balance, I'm recommending it to people looking for a night's stopover and bit of a laugh but certainly not for the rooms (makeover needed)!
